Not sure which type of selenium i'm afraid - finished the bottle and haven't bought more. I am sulfur sensitive with an up-regulated CBS transulfuration pathway...and under-methylated. (MTHFR +/+) - i'm finding im sensitive to methyl donors currently - trying to build up from 1mg methylfolate and even that causes herxing.
Any other form of selenium that's good that isn't methyl?
Molybdenum i'm taking and handle very well.
Trying to build up selenium too for the low thyroid function - it's been frustrating not to be able to handle it and improve that function.
