As one who used to walk three miles every day AND follow a rigid exercise tape, I can now say that all of that is NOT (necessarily) imperative to feel good, lose inches, and have good muscle tone.
What one puts into their mouth IS necessary.
Look at cows. Oh sure, they have 4 stomachs.
BUT
they don't jog or run, they
leisurely stroll...lol...and have quite a relaxed nature.
Oh, and btw, happy cows come from California. I know this because I saw it on tv. BWA-hahaha-haaaaaaaaaaa
