Re: ghosts

Interesting topic, and definitely one of those kinds of topics that, for the average person, we do not have a large body of well publicized accurate information to help guide us. This is not a topic that I've spent much time studying or learning, at leats not yet, mostly because for me it still consists of a significant element of "taboo" that has not yet worn off from my otherwise establishment-indoctrinated (and tarnished) upbringing....... but I'm gaining IE> (getting better at learning how to lose/give up my establihment ways) each and every day ;) There is one thing MH said that hits on one area that I have done a little bit of learning/studying about when it comes to the world of ghosts.

"...so GET IT CORRECT while your alive now or your baggage will haunt you after death....."

There are people out there who for various reasons are really into such areas of study and practice that have to do with things I'm generally/loosely categorizing as in the realm of metaphysics, psychism, clairvoyancy, voodoo, shamanism, and many other forms of what I'll loosley terming as characterisitics and methods of divination. Because of that term "divination", some people may get the wrong idea of what I'm saying due to common connatations and misconceptions spread through things like society. Don't get me wrong. It seems that a lot of these kinds of characteristics are, or at least in the past were commonly born into people in general........before establishment and society had motives and developed methods to dumb-down, sterilize or breed these higher capabilities out of the population.

Within this body of people there is a somewhat consistent thought or notion that ghosts, or I guess more accurately bad ghosts/haunting ghosts, if you will, are the result of some person having died at the same time they had some sort of insignificant and unresolved issue in their physicial life. The way I think, it seems that from one person to the next, we are each likely to leave our time on the physical realm of life having left (behind) at least one or more significant & unresolved issues..........but I digress. Anyway, I've seen it said/written that a lot of some people who can see "ghosts" describe them as a sort of grieved/tortured souls of people, souls that were trapped at the time of their physical-realm death; trapped meaning that for whatever the reasons, they (their souls) were not able to pass onto (away from the physical living realm where all of us alive people dwell :) the 'netherworld due to the nature of the unresolved issues they left behind. There is a lot more depth to go down this particular rabbit hole, but I'll leave it at this by saying that it's also thought that there are things that can be done by those of us still alive on the physical plane that can assist/help these trapped souls get to where they need to be, which helps or causes them to stop being haunting ghosts in the process.
