Aw dude, feel for you, but at least your getting checked out by some good doctors and things.

I personally think you got a contaminated seriphos pill, as you didnt buy seriphos as such,which is plant extract, you took PS, not sure what it was made from....who knows what crap are in all these synthetic supplements we take. Theres no regulation and I highly doubt there are detailed screenings of them, ive heard so many stories of people getting M.E after taking one tablet of a supplement. The virus was probably in the little gelatin capsule. Have you still got the rest of the box? It might be worth getting the doctors to test other pills?
