This looks like granuloma annulare. At least, that is what my UW Dermatologist diagnosed mine as. My foot looks almost exactly the same! But I have this on my knees and stomach too. I have had it for ten years now, and all it does is spread, not hurt. The doctor recommends steroid shots into each bump to get rid of it.
