Up until recently I had been eating a really mild paleo diet (lots of meat and veggies, 3x a day, with some carb snacks 1x a day). While I felt 'okay' on this diet, as its pretty similar to what I have eaten my entire life, I have kind of had a revelation that doing the same thing but expecting different results is stupid, so I am trying to transition to meat 1x a day, and more healthy carbs and fiber - hoping this will help. Glad to know Eck may have had a similar experience.
