Chelate first or attack parasites first?

Pretty much what it says.

I suspect nematodes + flukes.

I am feeling generally crummy and plan to do 3 things:

1) Amalgam removal + chelation
2) parasite attack
3) Juice fast.

In what order would you guys recommend I go about these?
