Not sure what your current health status is, and assuming you don't have to wait a month for scheduling, I'd probably do the amalgams first, would then do the mercury detox/chelation with fasting, and then deal with the parasites while again fasting. Just be sure to be careful and to moderate your fasting so as not to lose too much, too much too fast, or to detox too fast. Also, I'd probably stick with juice fasting for now, and save the water fasting until you've resolved your known issues.
Yeah, I'd cut out the Starbucks (as much as I used to enjoy my grande Americano and pastry every morning), juice a lot while waiting on the dental work, and might do short juice fasts once or twice. I might also be tempted to do some parasite work if it's going to be two months, though you'll fare better after the amalgams and mercury are gone, imo.
Where will you be flying, if I can ask? Which doc? I had cavitation surgery in Tijuana, and where I went they were able to work me in within a week or so, the care and facilities were both better than in the US (in my opinion), everything was holistic, it was cheaper ($300 per site vs. $5-10-15k per [depending on doc]), and the surgeon referred me to another doc he worked with who dx'd my parasites. At that point I'd seen 6 docs in the US, had >10 diagnoses of 'symptoms', and little idea what was really wrong.
Also, for what it's worth, after what I've been through with herbals and trying to kill parasites 'naturally', I'd just go straight to pharmaceuticals (as much as I hate 'drugs') and knock them all out in a few weeks or a month. I've tried nearly every herbal and natural remedy/method I could find, and struggled for over a year, and it wasn't worth it. A lot of the herbals are just as hard on your liver as the pharmaceuticals, and I spent at least 10x more on them. My total investment in 'drugs' can't be more than $125.
I understand completely. Sometimes you just need to get it out, so feel free; I've been there.
Ack, I wouldn't eat Starbucks pastries while deworming, or generally. Not going to help you at all..in fact, it will/does harm you. If you don't want a regular meal, drinking olive oil works well.
I think staying completely parasite-free is next to impossible: they're in everything..the air, the water, the food, in dirt/dust, on surfaces, etc. I'll likely take parasite drugs prophylactically for the rest of my life.
2g of albendazole per day? That seems quite high. I took 800mg (400mg BID), and most treatment protocols I'm familiar with are similar.
I understand your feelings about how expensive all of this is. Before I picked up my parasite infection, I'd never been sick in my life, other than the sniffles once every 5 years. But you're right: it's a matter of 'pay me now' or 'pay me later' ...
In case you decide to check him out, I saw Dr. Arechiga in Tijuana and liked him and his clinic quite a lot.
