sorry but I have to say that low fat is not good for the gallbladder. Eating natural fats (butter, ghee, olive oil, coconut oil, lard) all stimulate the gallbladder and clean it out. We as humans evolved in high fat diets. Since introducing the low fat myth diet, many have had gallbladder problems. Try using a GAPS diet shake which is homemade cultured cream (from raw dairy), fresh green juice, and a raw egg yolk. Also, you can add some gallbladder support herbs like Dr Christophers or NaturesSunshine
