I use magnesium oil and potassium Asporotate for leg cramps. Usually low magnesium and/or potassium is at the root of leg cramps. Typically there is thirst and some urinary frequency with low potassium. So if you have leg cramps plus those two symptoms then it might be potassium. If your legs are cramping but you don't have thirst and urinary frequency then it is probably magnesium. At least that's been my experience.

When did the cramping start? Was it after starting a new product?

I also have had leg cramps/jolts from candida die off in the past.
