Becoming Vegan should be in steps, not all at once. We did it in phases. First Dairy, then Pork, then red meat. And yeah die off can give some really extreme reactions. Stuff stored in fat tissues that been there a really long time. There are tons of foods, Beans, Potatoes, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, Fruits and Veggies. If you watch that movie I posted Forks over Knives, it explains scientifically how eliminating meat reduces so many health problems. And the food choices are more than you could ever imagine, oh man. Im on tons of Vegan groups and etc. There is support to help the transition.I keep a food journal on my FB now helping so many, and they are feeling good and enjoying the food varieties. The standard American diet is terrible. We now have our saying which sticks in my mind and makes complete sense, food is Grown not Born.
Much Love
