I'm now on Day 4 of an open-ended water + juice fast (till my body resumes its proper size and shape). I've done an OP every morning with coconut oil, as I usually do, but was wondering whether this was a mistake during a fast. It just felt right to keep doing it, so I have been. I hope it's not slowing down the release of the excess poundage...
Actually, an interesting thing has happened this fast: I've been normally eating two meals a day and drinking lots of water in between. During a fast I usually drink juice whenever I've felt hungry/thirsty/woozy. Yesterday I had three lots of juice, and I felt as though I'd over-eaten / been greedy. Today I'll be trying mainly water with two juice "meals".
