The Plan can help a lot, but requires the sweating of at least 10 minutes a day, 6 days/week. It's possible to break that up into (2) 5-minute sessions. If you're unable to do the sweating, then that can be a sign of lymphatic congestion and the overall picture starts to look like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. The Perrin Technique can help with this and you may be able to do it in conjunction with the Plan. Where do you live?
