Oh, yes, now you can bet that you have a helminth or nemotode. YEs, eosonophilia does not always show up.

You need to do total IgE test and then take meds like Alebnedazole and Pryzaquantal empirically. That is only if you have helminths and nemotodes. But if you have Stronglodies, or fascioliasis, you will need different meds. Well, you know your symptoms and where you probably got it.
