A bridge locks up 3 teeth, this then locks up your skull plates, so bridges are OUT.

The front teeth may try to move a little, but a missing jaw tooth normally is not a big problem. In all cases a root canal is a problem, but you should think long and hard and study the subject well before you make a decision to pull.
