Any updates in your condition? I've had very similar symptoms to yours and felt compelled to post (new to this site and forum)... hope you don't mind if I chime in. I thought initially I had c diff (due to the distinct "odor" of bowel movements, as well as the watery consistency. I'd also recently stopped long-term Antibiotics so my dr was about to treat for c diff (with flagyl), but wanted to check some things first. I got a call saying one of my WBC's was suddenly through the roof and that all signs are pointing to Strongyloides. I read through your posts but didn't catch this, were you ever specifically tested for this? From what I'm hearing it isn't necessarily all that rare, however, it is rarely diagnosed. Apparently it's not an easy one to catch from what I understand. Weight loss was a major factor for me as well, I've lost 28 lbs in a few short months, but I've lost 8 lbs in the 2 weeks since these new and exciting symptoms have appeared. Anyway, it's late and I'm completely (and literally), drained. I hope you're feeling 100% by now, but just wanted to check in to see of you'd ever gotten a solid answer on your issues. Tweet
