Re: first test

Definitely sounds like thyroid - sluggish thyroid has direct effect on gut function, it slows it down so bacteria accumulates and compounded with low stomach acid.

You might have to increase stomach acid via HCL tablets and sounds like you have gut infection - either parasitic or microbial eg bad bacteria - causes bloating and constipation can be bacterial overload. Do you take kefir or other probiotics? I still have dodgy gut but much improved with taking enzymes and HCL, at times when i can be bothered i take kefir also. I had and might still have gut infection which was improved with the herbs Chapparel and Pau Darco. But my bloating has subsided alot whilst taking the digestive aids and herbs. Onwards has some great posts on tackling parasitic infections. Have you looked into possible infection? Sounds like you are going through very hard time with the gut. Need to clean it out so that other supplements can have a chance of working properly. Also do you have overactive thyroid - classic sign is feeling hot all the time.
