first test
I had my first test about 5 months ago. So far I have not started the program because of these issues:
Too much protein. Can't eat protein every day as it slows me down and makes me fat.
Constipation rules my life, so I'll basically eat anything and everything to have my 3-4 per day. Eating meat slows me down to 1-2 per day and slows down my detox.
(Tests showed 4 lows pattern)
The assumption is that I am not detoxing at all, or won't unless I do the program. But I wonder how true this is? I have a feeling that I'm dumping a lot of metals through the gut, but it's not showing up in the hair test. I taste metals in my mouth 1-3 times a day before a bowel movement and then it goes away right after. Maybe the calcium shell has a benefit of preventing reuptake of heavy metals.
I ordered The ARL magnesium, though it wasn't recommended, this is one of the best magnesiums I have found. 1-2 per day feels good.
Totally congested liver, even after 1 gazillion liver flushes. Makes me think now that the gut metals/infections are the main cause of the liver congestion.
I like eating meat once a week or so, makes me feel more grounded, but anything more than that it makes me dull.
I do fine with fruit so long as I balance it out with protein and fat here and there.
The past few days I've been ok with limcomin, sbf and paramin.
Summertime is hell on earth for me. Even in the winter I feel hot, my body just can't get rid of heat.
I can't live on carrots, onions, tubers, and spinach. Don't do well on the brassicas. Had too many years of restricted diets.
Still have to get an enema bag and do coffee enemas. Used to have coffee
colonics so I know it works at least as a colonic. Not sure if it will work as an enema. Not looking forward at all to
coffee enemas every day, but if it will help the liver congestion then I have to do it.
Maybe I should try cat's claw again, haven't tried it in ages. I took olive leaf extract last year and the die-off was one of the worst.
