Paulette- I use the Min-Plex(3 per day) and Magnesium Citrate(3 per day) for a total of 750mg. This works great for me and I am quite active these days.
The citrate works great if you tend to be constipated.
I guess each of us has to experiment with what works best. My hubby uses Min-Plex and mag glycinate and this works great for him.
