Update

I booked an appointment with one of the UK's leading reconstructive surgeons. I tried to get his opinion on the injections etc. He said that it was really promising and would be willing to do it.
However, the BUT, was that my stupid biopsy results need to be back, so he could make sure there weren't any underlying causes etc. He was willing to do a biopsy on the day and I'd get it back tomorrow, but I couldn't go through the torture again, so ill wait 2 weeks to get the results.

I've also got another one booked for on wednesday, ill get his opinion too - his probably going to ask about a biopsy too :(
So, ill just wait a bit.
