Re: glutamine, biotin,...

I've gone as far as I can go with diet. It's working to some extent, but 23 years is long time to wait. It looks like I either am celiac or extremely gluten sensitive. Since I went off gluten way back when I've been detoxing my small intestine ever since.

Last time I tried colostrum I started to get some pretty severe gut pain- still trying to track down what exactly is the root of the pain. I will try NAD again, I think it was in some pills I took a long time ago. I got the same gut pain with raw turmeric, strict vegetarian diet and also triphala.

Been doing probiotics and fermented foods for a long time, it helps speed up detox but doesn't seem to get me closer to feeling good.

Enzymes, I've tried pancreatin, hcl acid, and I used to take some vegetarian multi enzymes. Nothing seems to impact the lieaky gut much. Too much of the hcl burns on the way out. Pancreatin is good for chewing up the small intestine waste, but that stuff is already coming out of me anyway.

I can't say for sure that I have leaky gut but my gall bladder/liver problems are not being fixed by flushes so leaky gut is one of the suspects.
