Re: i need help please people fast newbie!!!!!
I just completed my 56th liver cleanse and had symptoms very similar to yours. Yes 56 of them bad boy and yes I'm still passing stones...my liver was congested to say the least...and I'm sorry to say, yours is too. With 11+ years experience of
Liver Cleansing I've tried many protocols. Please know that the first few cleanses are the toughest. (My first cleanse yielded nothing, notta, zilch.) But remember, it's important to relax. Chill-out... chillax... smile...laugh, etc. Watch comedy central or rent a Richard Pryor video. Do whatever you have to do to to enjoy your health journey. Heck, you've made it here and for that I'm proud of you.
A very effective tip I can give you is the apply heat to your liver area for the 2-3 hours prior to your next cleanse. I use a heating pad, but you can also use a enema bag filled with hot water. It's best to get your liver nice-n-toasty, but don't cook the poor guy. Also, whenever you're experiencing gallbladder pain, just relax in bed laying on your back with a heating pad on your liver. I could go into more details regarding cleansing tips but just stick to the
Andreas Moritz 's protocol for now. Also, you can add approx 1/4 tsp of malic acid powder to your apple juice to help further soften your stones. And at your weight I recommend the usual dose of
Epsom Salt to be taken the night of the cleanse, but reduce the morning dose to just one glass of the
Epsom Salt mix (1 Tbsp epsom dissolved in 6oz of water). Then about an hour after taking your morning epsom, start sipping hot water (1-2 cups) and take some vitamin c.
Please know when my liver was at it's worst, I weighed 130lbs (6' tall). Now that I'm 1000's of stones lighter (I stopped counting after 5000) I'm doing EXPONENTIALLY better. I weigh 165lbs now and I'm in better shape than I was in high school. And as skeptical as I was when I started this journey, I can say with absolute certainty that all the health benefits you've read about regarding a clean, well-functioning liver, are true. Keep the faith my liver friend. You can do it!
