I was just looking through the TEI supplement ingredients page.
Surprised to see they use magnesium oxide, which is typically not tolerated well by people with sensitive GI tracts - myself included.
Does anyone notice irritation with taking this form of magnesium?
Side note: When I bought my ARL supplements, just on a whim I also got some plain magnesium, which was not on my recommended supplement list. And funny enough the magnesium is the only one that I still take as all the rest are in my big supplement junkyard.
