Skin health is both internal and external. I'm washing my face with a Colloidal Gold soap from Utopia-Silver (just started). Supposed to have great benefits for skin. I also use a Bass facial brush during washing. Do you pull with oil? Many have reported smoother skin from OPing, and not just on the face. Be sure to get enough vitamin A, E and C and enough high-quality protein. Brewer's yeast and lecithin are excellent for the skin. Back in the 70's, Naura Hayden came up with a drink that incorporated 4 tablespoons of both. My skin looked amazing when I was taking it, but there's a milk base, and I don't want to be drinking that much dairy every day, so I stopped. Still take brewer's yeast in tablets.
Gelatin has been called an "the latest anti-aging miracle." It's like injecting collagen internally. I take one or two tablespoons a day of unflavored gelatin in tea or juice.
