For the diarrhea; try Diatomaceaus Earth; in the cats water.
No problem if the other cats get some. Works with worms/
parasites too. Maybe some in the wet food too.
The tests arent very reliable, tsh tests in particular.

I would give iodine, but balanced with selenium. Swanson vitamins has a selenium methionine with nothing added except for selenium and rice flour. The content is easily sprinkled on the food. Not too much; two capsules first week, one capsule (100 mcg)a week for a month, then only one capsule a month after that.
Also give here some real salt; as the diarrhea may cause dehydration, electrolytes loss. (this she will regulate herself; put one bowl of water with salt in, one without)
Turmeric may work too, if you can get it in her.
Diet change may be needed. A little raw liver is good.
