Re: Wiley Brooks 7 day diet challenge
Ya know, upon further review, this is a tougher call than how it first appeared.
On the one hand it's difficult to erase from memory 19236's posts of various progress and joyous successes resulting from fasting and other nature-obeying efforts, so it is a bit perplexing to consider pursuit of an idea that may flirt with undoing this.
On the other hand, I'm tempted to say something along the lines of "hey, it's still a free country, as long as it honors the responsibility that comes with freedom, do whatever you freely choose to do". It may not matter in this instance that, by present standards, this is more a matter of an ode to nostalgia and keeping with the spirit of the concept than it is a matter of truly exercising freedom. Freedom as we knew it in it's infinite possibilities, is gone, it is not what it once was, yesterday, last week, last year, last century. Every day the boundaries of what remains of the realm of our freedom are continually being tweaked in guiding/squeezing us to the present narrow bounds that lie between highly defined/refined, broadly sculpted and revised laws that, co-incidentally, have a historical habit of regulating freedom and rendering it's possibilities finite. Be this as it may, your rationale suggests you've given this matter genuine contemplation, it does not come off as something you want to try only as a whim, so good luck if this is something you choose to do!
