Re: Wiley Brooks 7 day diet challenge my thoughts...

okay...i still have not finished reading your post, but this WAS the conversational subject of the night, so I'm really engaged still, and here's what I've considered as 'possible to probable'.

(for anyone else reading, please note that if I'd heard about this diet from your average locked-in person, I would in no way consider it. Credit is due to Brooks. )

The diet would get the person resonating with 'the masses' (and not fighting against or reacting against the immense pollution we're faced with,in such a way as to generate a feeling of the awakening of *inherent* compassion, which, if you meditate and such, you'll know is central to feeling a sense of grace and oneness.

This sense of grace leads directly to humility!!! and the knowing that it is Light that feeds us (all) truly. And what is light? God. And what is God? Us.(that includes the animals. and insects, and the parasites. Even the cattle farmers. )

I came to the conclusion (and my partner slunk off to bed) that this is (maybe) a radical opportunity for someone to disengage forever!! from participating in any activity that assumes others are there for you...animal, human...invisible..

Nineteen, how forward-thinking of you, to try this!!! I believe (from reading you) that you have the necessary orientation (compass pointed to True north) to make the most of this. Please do post more...

and Godspeed!
