Re: Stomach Aches Since Liver Flush Months Ago
You may have congestion in your small intestine. This will impede the stomach contents from passing into the small intestine normally because the small intestine is still full of food from your previous meals, you have
parasites blocking your intestine or your have inflammation and swelling constricting the small intestine. Small intestine congestion is helped, I've found, by taking herbal laxatives - one time I used castor oil and another time I did salt flushes every morning for several weeks. For
parasites I would try different herbs and especially herbs for
Tapeworms (Dr. Clark recommended Coenzyme Q). For inflammation a person has to eliminate any foods that they are allergic to or intolerant of usually by doing an elimination diet. I find that when my stomach hurts I can often relieve the problem by gently massaging downward from the sternum. Also taking betaine-HCl with meals helps open the valve that allows the small intestinal contents to empty into the colon. If I have persistent stomach irritation I use Clark's modified
Lugol's Iodine to kill any bacteria that have been forced into the stomach from a congested small intestine. When I do
Liver Flushes I also use a tea of peppermint and herbal laxative to make the
Epsom Salts solution.
Hope this helps.
