Re: UNF Researchers Make Big Discovery About Lyme Disease

From comments:

The US government injected Ixodes general with Borrelia Burgdorferi, Babesiosis, Bartonella, and at least two other pathogens at the bio weapons lab on Plum Island near Old Lyme, Connecticut. They didn't put in adequate filters and a hurricane also caused damage and the ticks escaped. You can see the route the ticks took, spreading from there. All of us beyond a certain age remember when the ticks and illnesses were not around. Now it's in Europe in Ixodes Ricinus. There is lots of misinformation spread about how Lyme has always existed. And it's a lie, like similar stories about HIV, also human-created.

Do NOT use DEET. It's extremely toxic and doesn't work anyway.

The real answer is to greatly increase the Western Fence Lizard population. They are capable of killing Borrelia and cleaning the ticks. But that means eliminating cats because cats basically exterminate all small animals where they live (up to 800 each a year.) Where cats live, no lizards, other reptiles, amphibians, and many birds can survive.

"Studies have shown Lyme disease is lower in areas where the lizards occur. When ticks carrying Lyme disease feed on these lizards' blood (which they commonly do, especially around their ears), a protein in their blood kills the bacterium that causes Lyme disease. The blood inside the ticks' gut is therefore cleansed and no longer carries Lyme disease.[7]"

One commenter said "not my cat" OK but around here cats, possum, raccoons are epidemic as well as what they eat... garbage, rodents. Too bad those lizards cannot live in MI...
