Re: UNF Researchers Make Big Discovery About Lyme Disease

Well at least they are starting to recognize Lyme in Florida. Not long ago an emergency room doctor told me,"There's no Lyme in Florida." While I know better, I was too busy trying to breathe to let him have it!

I read about the Fence Lizard before and thought that was a pretty neat trick, and wondered why they haven't synthesized that protein yet?

I like your idea except the exterminating part... : (

My cats must be slacking! I've 2 cats and there's still a menagerie of lizards, frogs, birds, and snakes. There was even a skink(legless lizard)in my bathroom! And I live in a regular neighborhood, not a swamp.

Here's some hatched out lizard eggs I found in a candleholder last week on my back porch.

Maybe I should start trying to raise some Western Fence Lizards? Better than sucking on a lizard!
