Well adrenal fatigue is kind of a made-up condition by alternative medicine. It's not accepted by mainstream medicine and all of the "AF" symptoms are the same as under-eating/starvation:

So you might want to make sure you're not skimping on calories before embarking on an expensive supplement protocol.
