I am very interested in this subject, too.
My mother displays all of the narcissistic traits. She also has a Grave's disease and hyperthyroidism. Recently she developed goiter. It all worsens very much when she's in stress and the symptoms nearly disappear when she relaxes for a longer period of time.
She is very critical, perfectionist and believes she has to be always right, and she's extremely defensive.
Her father was kind of brutal and very strict, and her mother was very submissive.
She has a friend who is very similar to her in personality. She also went for hyperthyroid treatment.
So there you go.
I believe that our believes have much influence on our overall health.
