Hi,
it took me several years to pluck up the courage to do a liver flush, and once I got past the first one, I did about 10 more, about 1 every 6 weeks. Best thing I ever did. Lots of stones and looked amazingly healthier, quickly - but it might be a good idea to do a Bowel Cleanse and parasite cleanse first. Its the best thing you can do for yourself imv!
