Get the book, or a recent book talking about how to do the flush and read it. Also, read more posts, btw your doing really good, and fear provokes change, maybe even desperation! I think parasites maybe used to be more prevalent but you never know. I'm just doing the flushes myself and am about to do my 7th. And, yes, btw, the stones will roll right out of your gb if you do the flush correctly. It seems to me the most important part of the flush is to not really eat anything the day you do it and do an enema in morning and about 3 or 4 pm before you start taking your regime of Epsom Salts , when your system is empty it works better. And, the day after you get about 12-16 visits to the bathroom, except on your first really successful flush you may get a few more, I did. Doing this is not what we are used to doing, it kind of puts kabosh on two days and you can't eat for one, but I've gone through old medical texts and many contain this flush protocol so it's legit.
