Hi Nyckid,
I am down to 10 mg daily having a tough time to get further down. I was wondering if at night time while trying to sleep do you get this stretching urge and pain in your armms or legs..

I did the other night real bad when I tried to go to 9 mg...
SOrry off beat with this ? But I don;t know to many people on the HYdro.
