Re: DHEA supplementation with HC A MUST!
It's a good thing you listen to your body Marie. Many folk on medication take what the doctor says and despite feeling awful continue to take it due to this weird extreme trust that doctors 'know what they're doing'.
Almost 8000 people in the US alone die EVERY MONTH from drugs they shouldn't have been prescribed.
I guess it's hard for the average person to not treat doctors like God, for they sure love to act like they are!
Aluminium is really bad. I didn't know until i had my hair test that alu was a problem for me. I'm still trying to figure out where i'm getting alu from currently for such a high reading. 5 years ago i gave up a 10+ year career in the building industry as a painter. I know i used many times a paint that literally is silver, called aluminium primer. Perhaps the alu is from handling and breathing in those fumes for so long, and they're stuck in the system. I haven't been exposed to paint at all for 5 years now..and have been on a great diet. Metals seem to get 'stuck' in the body, despite great nutrition.
I knew about being copper toxic...i tested the water from my tap...which is from a natural mountain spring travelling for the last 2 metres through a copper pipe.
Unbelievably the copper in that last section of pipe was leaching into the water.
Would love to be able to afford non-toxic pipes if they even exist?!
My hair has turned red since using this water. I was a very light natural blonde and since moving here having this spring water with copper toxic pipes it's gradually got more and more red. Also my manganese was super high on the hair chart which studies show turns hair red too.
I haven't tested the water for manganese, but i doubt it's in the water...though at this stage i won't discount anything.
When stronger on the adrenal front i want to try serious chelating. Zinc displacing copper is enough hell to go through!
Was it magnesium you found helped with aluminium chelating Marie? What were the symptoms like when dumping alu?
