Re: Arguments for not eating meat

Look up the General Adaptation Syndrome. It exists. Dr Hans Selye completed experiments on rats. Regardless of the source of stress, the result was the same, eventual exhaustion, immune system collapse.

The stages of the General Adaptation Syndrome are the same as the stages of adrenal fatigue.

It is unfortunately that James Wilson changed the name of it.

It is also unfortunate that someone is on a forum filled with people suffering from chronic stress....creating more stress for us.

My diet has not changed. When I travel with people from work, they are always amazed at how much I eat for my size.

It is not starvation.....it is chronic stress -> General Adaptation Syndrome.

I am recovering because meditation and breathing exercises have calmed my nervous system. And thanks to Ann-Louise and Nutritional Balancing, I am detoxing copper, other toxins, and replenishing minerals.

Why exactly are you on an adrenal fatigue forum pestering people?

It is getting pretty annoying. We come here for support, not to be told it doesn't exist.
