I think everyone must find what works best for them in terms of diet. I was at my sickest on a near vegan diet which is what brought me here to NB. I no longer fear meat or saturated fat and really eat my share.

Some people like myself do very well eating plenty of quality organic grassfed beef. I also eat liver about twice per week.

If you look up the Blood Type Diet you will see that some people won't do well with the red meat. I am a type b who does well with meat.

I think each must find what works for them as we are not one size fits all.

Just like the NB supplement programs. It is designed to our own specific needs. What might be good for one might not be so good for another.
