I was wondering if it's possible, in a state of low blood pressure, due to the RAS (renin-aldosterone-angiosten) system being low functioning, coupled with low cortisol, whether the body would try to compensate the low blood pressure by releasing adrenaline, noradrenaline?
Cortisol and adrenalin normally help to boost BP to engage fight flight activity, but if the salt and cortisol system are low-functioning , that just leaves adrenaline to be released...and perhaps would continually be released if blood pressure was consistently low?
I'm experiencing thumping fast BPM with BP of 90/50, severe stress sweating coupled with feeling cold for a few days. No stress exposure, mainly have been in bed resting.
