I used to get oils floating on top of toilet water, but this has stopped after taking digestive enzmyes and cultured vegetables with every meal.
Cultured veg such as sauerkraut caused a massive improvement in my digestion as soon as i added it to my diet. It is cheap and easy to make at home. The stuff available in the shops is no good unless it is labeled as raw - otherwise it is pasteurised and so doesn't contain the probiotics we all need. In either case, home made is definitely better in my experience.
Sorry if I have gone of topic, but I highly reccommend anyone who has digestive issues to use good digestive enzymes and sauerkraut. The enzymes can be available on prescription.
