Re: coconut oil detox for massive yeast die-off

hello curezone.
i am suffering from yeast infection and have been following candida diet, adding in coconut oil, grapefruit seed extract and oil of oregano. i am planning to go on the 3 day coconut oil cleanse.

my question is: should i continue with the other anti fungals during the cleanse? or just stick to coconut oil and lemon water? also how about adding acv and cayenne to the lemon water?

are these things helpful during the cleanse, or is it best to keep things as simple as possible.

secondly: one brand of cocnut oil makes me feel very sick straight after taking it. this sick feeling lasts about 2 hours then is gone. another brand does not produce any reaction like this. i'm unsure as to whether this is a die off. it seems like a bad reaction to the coconut oil. both are raw virgin oils. has anyone else experienced these effects?
