just a thought... 22 days of juice fasting unless it's cranberry, lemon or pomegranite juice is just pumping Sugar into your system.
You could try Carnivora, oil of oregeno, D-lenolate (extract of live leaf).
Are you food combining? Combining the right foods helps starve the yeast. Coconut oil is great but any extremes ( esp. if you have to work) can take their toll on the body.
Also, pound that raw apple cider vinegar and probiotics.
