Uny, I've never done a Coffee-Enema but was thinking to try it -- partly to encourage me ex, so I could tell him about them; i don't think he's beeen doing them; not sure; but he has been doing traditional chemo, and also blood transfusions (!) for lymphoma. Has had a hard year -- unfortuanately went a traditional way. . . anyway, I'd like to have some personal experience to share, y'know.

I've done liver flushes. Can you say a bit more Uny about how the CEs work along with the LF's? I mean, do them before? can you lebaorate a little how that works- like that.
