I think your situation is very complex and it is difficult to respond to it in a way that I feel is wise or responsible.

I can tell you that my partner got off of anxiety medication when we got him on a full nutritional supplemental program including some amino acids and heavy dosages of vit B. You'd need to consult someone knowledgeable to help yøu with this.

UT frequently resolves insomnia, as do a few other natural protocols I've tried -- I had horrid insomnia due to hot flashes the last few years, but thankfully I usually sleep well now.

So if your medication is primarily for insomnia, you might reduce it as you increase UT. But this is something for you to research, I'm not a doctor and cannot prescribe or even make a recommendation when it comes to prescription medicine.
