ativan/lorazepam and urine therapy

First, thank you for answers to the questions I previously posted. I discovered I didn't know how to use this forum and just saw the answers. They are very helpful, each one teaches something new about people's experiences and wisdom in this process and I am very grateful to you all.

So. yes, I am on my way to starting Urine Therapy; I will start small and build up. I am very weak and no one thinks I should fast at this point, although if I were in an acute state I would, meaning that the minute I hear the word leukemia or lymphoma confirmed I'mm a gonna go for it full on. But I'm not there yet! :)

Here's my question: I take 2 mg Ativan/Lorazepam for sleep. I can drop down to about 1 mg and still sleep ok. I've been told that according to Ayurveda NO medication is allowed (supplements are ok). Getting off the Ativan will take some time and that's ok; the bigger issue is that without it, I sleep very poorly and obviously I need sleep to for both healing and for the urine to do it's magic for the morning while I sleep. I was told it can be "very dangerous" if taking Ativan and drinking it through the urine. I've tried all the natural remedies and they make me wired and jittery. Thus, I would like to know if anyone has any experience with this. I do trust the person who told me, but if there is any way I can avoid sleepless nights, even on a lower dose of Ativan, and go forth it would make things easy. (I can smoke hash and fall asleep but I don't like feeling that altered before falling asleep, but if it's the only way, I'll do that.) I'm ready to start - let the healing begin!
