Re: Probiotics/fermented foods

I thought the more the diversity of beneficials you have the more health functions it provides?  Some beneficials perform certain health functions that others don't and so on. I know ph and fiber is important for someone who already has some beneficials, but my question regards more of someone who tests with no beneficials.

Do you think fermented foods/raw foods cover more diversity of strains than supplemented probiotics( for someone who has no beneficials)?

or the only way for someone to recover the "hundreds" of strains lost through severe gut dysbiosis/fungal candida is through fecal transplants?
