At present, I'm staying consistent with 4 grams daily. That's 45 drops three times a day for a total of 135 drops daily.

I feel FANTASTIC.

I am actually cleaning the house again. I surely do wish I had taken a picture of my arms. The skin was getting thin and it was bleeding in many spots just under the surface. When my puppy would jump on me then they'd bleed.

NOW? Well, they're all healing fantastically fast. I tried taking a picture but I'm too close for them to come out clearly...

I've had a very dry and scaly area on my elbow I kept blaming on resting them on my desk when I type. THEY'RE healing.

I can't believe how soft my skin is getting - I mean, even better than before. I can't get over it.

I really feel good. NO iodine, just SSKI .

My legs, too - wow - and it's getting a LOT easier to pumice my feet callouses - I'm thinking once that's clear they won't callous anymore, at the rate they're going.

Admittedly, my hair is thinning out again - BUT - I expect this to be transient, because I just feel so DARN GOOD. Oh well, nice excuse to get me some summer hats, right?

I must repeat that I titrated up to this amount. You can't just dive in - starting at gram dosages can cause tummy upset. The cool thing with SSKI though: you can take it with food.

I'm sorry for going on and on like this, but, I mean, I really feel good. Like: going-around-and-hugging-everybody-I-meet good! {{{HUG}}}
