4 months post Mirena, hormone tests 'no further action required' but definitely something wrong with hormones! :-S

This is an update from previous posts in this section.

My symptoms with Mirena:
Debilitating Depression and anxiety
Suicidal thoughts
Digestive issues
Sudden weight loss
Panic attacks
Brain fog
Dizziness

I had Mirena removed this year on Jan 25th as I had a massive breakdown due to my health and doctors not being able to tell me what's wrong and denying that it could be the Mirena.

Now 4 months post I decided to ask for a blood test to check my hormones and thyroid, all came back 'no further action required' and I was told they are all 'within range'.

I cannot believe this as throughout the month I have episodes of depression, anxiety, major appetite changes, mood swings, I develop lots of spots around ovulation and just before period. I have to take a day off work every month due to agonising period pain for the first day of my period.

I follow a very healthy Diet (as recommended by a naturopath) I take magnesium, fish oils and b complex (as recommended by naturopath), I have had acupuncture for 2 months, but can no longer afford it weekly and do not want to have to rely on it to feel better. I have counselling to help me remain strong in my battle.

What else can I do?

I seem to feel good from days 8-14 and days 23-27, my cycle is 28 days long, I am ovulating, my period is heavy but two days long(a lot shorter than before the mirena).

My doctor has recommended I take progesterone from days 19-26 but I am worried as I feel a bit better during the second half of my cycle??

I am really confused as to what is happening!?
