Re: My bi-yearly check in

I'm still early in copper detoxing really...but have made vast improvements. My 'good' days are much better than before and increasing in numbers.
I still have hormonal imbalances which make bad days of copper dumping especially challenging. Mostly a case of keeping under the covers until it's over and/or hormones level out again.
All in all i'm relieved to be having the good days i have - as 6 months ago everyday was a toxic, hormonal swinging nightmare. Had been like that for a year!

With healing the greatest gift we can give to ourselves is to be patient. We HAVE to be...instant results are fairly impossible to gain - unfortunately! KNOWING everyday there is improvement we eventually gain hugely....as Loredo testifies....it's wonderful that folk return to say how well they're doing. When ill, Hope is sacred! :-) Thanks Loredo! x

On the Vit A , D issue - i think you're right that there has to be adequate levels of both (incl.mag.)in the system for them both to work optimally...just that it's probably wise to take them separately so they don't compete.
