I'm quite sure that those on TEI are also detoxing. I think both approaches are detoxifying but it is important to remember not to push the body or detox too fast. Even just eating a very clean nutrient dense diet is detoxifying. As soon as the body starts getting what it needs it will dump toxic metals that it was using to take the place of good minerals.
